• Freedom with responsibility. I can plan my own workday within clear frameworks and deadlines. The job keeps me active and outdoors, which is great for both body and mind.
• Easy to get started – with room to improve. The job requires only a short training period, but there are still plenty of opportunities to become more skilled over time.
• No advanced language skills required. I just need to make myself understood and be able to read addresses and house numbers in Danish.
• Flexible working hours. My hours can often be scheduled on different days of the week, as agreed with my employer.
• Work close to home. It is often possible to get routes in my own neighborhood, making the job easy to combine with everyday life.
• Great colleagues. I meet friendly and supportive colleagues both at the depot and out on the routes.
• Orderly employment conditions. I work under a collective agreement, with contractual pay, pension, and holiday allowance.
