Transport 24 works in partnership with dao to provide distribution services across Zealand and is continuously looking for carriers to deliver newspapers, magazines, letters, and parcels in and around Greve.


About the job
As a carrier with Transport 24, you will become part of the team behind dao's nationwide distribution network. You will help ensure that our customers receive their newspapers, letters, magazines, and parcels correctly and on time.

We operate 365 days a year, and all distribution takes place during the night, so it is important that you are comfortable working night shifts.

As a carrier, you play an important role in dao's delivery operation and help ensure high quality and reliable service every night.


Your tasks:

• Loading your scooter with the day's deliveries.
• Completing your route and delivering products accurately to customers.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring precise and reliable delivery.

You will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague as well as ongoing support from management.

Working hours:

• 20–32 hours per week spread over 6 days – depending on the available arrangement at the time of employment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work independently and keep agreements.
• Is meticulous, reliable and takes pride in delivering correctly.
• Thrives when working at night.
• Can communicate in Danish or English (we have an international team).

You will start each shift at the depot, where you prepare and load your deliveries. This is also where you will meet your colleagues before heading out on your routes.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions under a collective agreement. The job can also be a student job.

As part of the job, you will deliver to many different addresses throughout the night. Therefore, you must be able to read and understand Danish addresses and house numbers. Attention to detail is important, as every customer must receive the correct deliveries at the correct address.

We provide the training you need to get started quickly and confidently. Since the work takes place in all weather conditions, you will receive the necessary equipment and clothing suited to the season. Please note that work is also required during public holidays and festive periods.

You will work in accordance with the Danish Postal Act. This means that all mail and deliveries must be handled professionally, confidentially, and delivered with a high level of quality to the correct recipient on time.
