BS Distribution is continuously recruiting employees for delivery work in Dragør, Kastrup, Copenhagen S, Copenhagen V and Frederiksberg C.

About the job

As a deliverer with BS Distribution, one of dao’s partners, you ensure that our customers’ newspapers, letters, magazines and parcels are delivered accurately and on time – directly to the door or letterbox.

Deliveries take place at night, so you avoid daytime traffic. This means that you must be comfortable working at night.

As a deliverer, you represent BS Distribution to the public by delivering customers’ products correctly to the door or letterbox.

Your tasks

• Load your vehicle (scooter or bicycle) with the day’s products and parcels.
• Complete your route and deliver accurately to customers.
• Work at a fast pace to meet deadlines.
• Ensure thorough and correct delivery.

You will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague and daily guidance from our operations managers.

Working hours

• 20-37 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who

• can work independently, keep agreements and attend work reliably.
• is thorough, dependable and takes pride in delivering correctly.
• is comfortable working at night.
• can communicate in Danish or English (we have an international team).

You will start at the depot by packing your own products. At the depot, you will also meet colleagues who are preparing to leave on their routes.

We offer both full-time and part-time employment under a collective agreement.

You will deliver to many different addresses during the night. You must therefore be able to read and understand Danish addresses and house numbers. You must be thorough and conscientious, as it is important that every customer receives the correct mail at their address.

We will provide the training you need to get started quickly and easily. You will work in all kinds of weather, so you will receive suitable equipment and clothing for the conditions.

You must be prepared to work on public holidays and during holiday periods.

You must work in accordance with the Danish Postal Services Act. This means, among other things, that all mail must be handled professionally and confidentially and delivered to the correct recipient on time and to a high standard.
